By engaging with our offerings, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.

3. Offerings

3.1 Professional Services

Includes advisory, recordkeeping, report preparation, and consulting delivered by qualified personnel.

3.2 Information Products

Includes digital guides, templates, tutorials, and other educational materials provided electronically.

3.3 Physical Goods

Includes printed manuals, stationery kits, and related merchandise shipped to you.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by offering type as follows:

4.1 Professional Services

Refund requests for services must be made in writing via contact form within 7 days of delivery of the final deliverable. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days. Alternatively, services may be rescheduled once without penalty if requested at least 3 days before the scheduled start date. No refunds are available for completed service phases unless we fail to meet agreed deliverables, in which case prorated compensation will be issued.

4.2 Information Products

Digital materials may be downloaded immediately upon purchase. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial download if the content has not been substantially accessed. To request a refund, contact us at contact form. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 days. No exchanges or deferrals are provided once access has been granted.

4.3 Physical Goods

To request a refund or replacement for goods, notify us within 14 days of receiving the item via contact form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective or incorrect. Goods must be returned in original condition. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of returned items. Alternatively, you may choose to exchange the item for another in stock at no additional charge.

5. Changes and Rescheduling

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any offering at any time without notice. If a schedule change is needed for professional services, clients may request an alternative date at least 3 days prior to the original date. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request.

6. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, FinhubFlow's aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant offering.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
